The patient in the photo has a large and globulous nose tip and (commonly called potato nose) a very small chin.
The curved profile with a hypoplasia of the chin, and retracted columella.

Computer simulation of the new profile Objective of the operation:

• reduction of the nose hump;
• slight augmentation of the chin with fillers (the correction to be done is visible only on the transparency);
• lengthening of the columella;
• reduction of the nose wing.

Results of the profiloplasty:

• frontally, the reduction of the nose tip and nostrils;
• in profile, reduction of the nose hump. Lengthening of the columella, narrowing of the nose wing, augmentation of the chin.
