The rhinoplasty treatment will last for about 60/90 minutes and awakening is gentle and natural given that the patient breathes naturally from the nose since pads are not used, and this accounts for the fact that there is no uncomfortable sensation of obstruction or suffocation which rhinoplasty with the use of pads produces.

Postoperative recovery is also serene and painless since the general anesthesia is combined with long-lasting local anesthetics.

At the end of the rhinoplasty procedure, photos are taken before the adhesives are placed, to show the final results of the operation. In this way, already upon discharge, the patient may see what modifications were done on his/her nose. 

The photos show two patients at the end of the rhinoplasty treatment, as compared with the photo of their preoperative profile showing the results of the preoperative plan. Observing the images above, one can already note how the result of the rhinoplasty treatment practically coincides when overlapped with the original plan.
