The patient has a prominent nose and elephant ears. Septorhinoplasty and monolateral otoplasty were performed in one session. 

The image shows the postoperative dressing of the ear. It is to be underlined that bandages are no longer used to protect the ears but only plasters as seen in the photo. Patients no longer need to cut their hair before undergoing otoplasty, but rather, long hair is useful to cover the dressing immediately after surgery itself.
